Hello world, Happy New Year to everyone, I hope you are happy to witness the end of last year and a new beginning of this great year, yes great year because this year will surely be great with us in terms of goal achievement and other fun things, this year will be amazing.
Knowing too well that memories are recollections or impressions gotten from our past experiences, even, ts and happenings which may be bad memories or good. Depending on how the memories are, our lives are shaped as a result of memories from the past.
Today, I will be sharing my three exceptional memories from last year which 2023 but they are all in the form of an achievement and not loss.
First on my 2023 memories list is my matriculation into the Federal University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, it was a dream came through to gain admission and study in the university after my secondary school completion. It is a big wish of everyone to be educated up to a higher institution or tertiary institution, though it was not that easy to gain admission because of the system of education, and joint admission and matriculation board (JAMB) criteria. But all thanks to God that I made it through bypassing the exams and scoring the needed points.
The second was my excursion to the city of Calabar, which took place during the first quarter of last year and was organized by my head of department, history and international which saw me in the national achieve Calabar and national museum.
It was a very good and exciting outing with my colleagues in the field of studies as we had fun and viewed the historical elements of the early explorers and traders.
The third exceptional memory was out of a school setting as it went to an event I had in the church, In early November my parish St. Peter celebrated our parish priest's 30th anniversary as a priest of which I was opportune to serve as the first elite ushers to his guest and visitor.
Nevertheless, last year was so challenging as a result of the cashless policy, scarcity of fuel, and other governmental crises but I made it through.
I pray that this year turns out well for me.
