Por esta raz贸n, tenemos una vida que debemos aprender a disfrutar, con sus altibajos, ya que cada momento de satisfacci贸n nos har谩 sentir como si hubi茅ramos ganado un trofeo, y los momentos no tan buenos nos brindar谩n grandes lecciones.
Tras lo ocurrido en mi pa铆s hace m谩s de un mes, muchos hemos reflexionado sobre c贸mo la vida puede cambiar en cuesti贸n de segundos. Por lo tanto, cada oportunidad y cada momento vivido es invaluable, aunque a menudo lo desperdiciemos en cosas que no nos aportan ning煤n beneficio.
En medio de la angustia y la preocupaci贸n por lo que suced铆a en mi pa铆s tras el doble terremoto, pensaba principalmente en mis familiares que viven en la ciudad. Sol铆a pasar mucho tiempo frente a las pantallas absorbiendo informaci贸n. En un momento dado, le铆 en redes sociales: "Solo se vive una vez", as铆 que deber铆amos asegurarnos de que nuestro camino est茅 siempre lleno de flores. Esto no significa que debamos abandonar nuestras responsabilidades, sino que debemos aprovechar ese espacio para disfrutar plenamente de cada segundo.
Tambi茅n es importante recalcar la importancia de valorarnos a nosotros mismos, confiar en qui茅nes somos, c贸mo somos y de lo que somos capaces de lograr. Hoy en d铆a, a menudo se juzga a las personas por sus logros, pero todos sabemos el esfuerzo que hemos invertido para mejorar nuestras vidas. As铆 que no subestimemos nuestros logros. En cambio, es momento de apreciar lo que hemos logrado con esfuerzo y motivarnos para seguir adelante.
Como dice el refr谩n, "Ama m谩s", y ciertamente el amor se ha enfriado a veces. Es momento de abrazar a los dem谩s y a nosotros mismos, d谩ndonos la oportunidad de amar y sentirnos amados por quienes nos rodean, ofreciendo perd贸n y avanzando hacia la reconciliaci贸n. After what happened in my country more than a month ago, many of us have reflected on how life can change in a matter of seconds. Therefore, every opportunity and every moment lived is invaluable, even though we often waste it on things that bring us no benefit.
Amid the anguish and worry about what was happening in my country after the double earthquake, I thought mainly about my family members who live in the city. I used to spend a lot of time in front of screens absorbing information. At one point, I read on social media, "You only live once," so we should make sure our path is always filled with flowers. It's a beautiful and inspiring phrase that motivates us to make the most of our time because it's so precious.
These days, we live at a frenetic pace. Perhaps our busy lives make us feel like time passes much faster because we want to do everything. But sometimes I've taken time simply to enjoy my surroundings and my loved ones, and honestly, I feel like time slows down. Undoubtedly, calm helps us see the true value of time. This doesn't mean we should abandon our responsibilities, but rather that we should use that space to fully enjoy every second.
It's also important to emphasize the importance of valuing ourselves, trusting in who we are, how we are, and what we are capable of achieving. These days, people are often judged by their accomplishments, but we all know the effort we've invested to improve our lives. So let's not underestimate our achievements. Instead, it's time to appreciate what we've achieved through hard work and motivate ourselves to keep going.
As the saying goes, "Love more," and certainly, love has cooled at times. It's time to embrace others and ourselves, giving ourselves the opportunity to love and feel loved by those around us, offering forgiveness and moving toward reconciliation. Let's express our gestures of love with courage and gratitude, because love is primarily reflected in gratitude for every opportunity life gives us.
It's difficult to tell others how to live when we know that life is a manual that each of us writes according to our own experiences. But there are things we can learn from others and from ourselves. Above all, we must accept advice filled with love, where we learn to handle different situations and do things right.
As I said, reflecting on the phrase, let's hug more, love more, be grateful more, live more, but above all, value more.
