Some days I wake up and everything is fine.
The weather is fine. The food is fine. Nothing bad happened. Nobody hurt me. I have no reason to complain.
But somewhere deep inside — something feels heavy. Like carrying a bag you can’t put down, but you also can’t explain what’s inside it.
Have you ever felt that? That strange, quiet sadness with no name?

I used to think something was wrong with me. Why am I not happy when everything is okay? Why does the silence sometimes feel louder than noise? Why do I smile at people and then sit alone feeling completely hollow?
Then slowly I understood — not every pain needs a reason. Sometimes the heart is just tired. Tired of pretending. Tired of being strong. Tired of answering “I’m fine” when someone asks how you are.
The most exhausting thing in the world is not hard work. It is carrying emotions you never speak out loud.
Today I am choosing to put it into words. Not because I have answers. But because silence was getting too heavy to carry alone.
If you are reading this and you feel the same — you are not broken. You are just human. And that is enough.
