When Canada, I think it was last year, said they are going to raise their prices the aim shifted back to Ven. in 2013 Pres. Obamadeclared Ven. a supporter of Al Qaida (?) and they were an enemy of ours. Now, prez drumpf is trying to get control of the oil there and install American corporations in charge of all Crude production.
