Most of the Koch bros. Tar sand bitumen is or has been piped down to Minnesota & processed in their refineries. I also just read that Trans Mountain Pipe lines are mobilizing their work force expanding an existing pipeline out to the west coast. Maybe the Koch's think they will let the Chinese process the dirty bitumen.
