Good day hivers and good day gardeners!!!!
What's up everyone?I hope you are all doing great today .
I am but excited to write this blog as I am happy and excited to give an update on our garden.
Two months ago I shared here our mini farm ,we had some corn ,peanut and sweet potato.
We also had some vegetables plants like squash ,bittergourd and string beans.
But before that let me flex our corn plant.
I am so excited when I saw last day that the corn plant is already bloom with it's flowers not knowing that it already having some fruits haha.
When I checked the garden,I saw some fruits.Feels happy and excited to harvest it soon but feels sad when I saw some pest on it.
Hoping it will bloom more fruits for more harvest.
I saw tatay cleaning and pulling out the weeds.He works hard on this garden .We always told him not pushing himself to work for it ,just make the gardening as his exercise.
The peanut grows also after we experienced rainy days here.Praying that it has more fruits also.
I went next the sweet potato garden,I was expecting that it will not grow as what it is today.
Tatay planted this sweet potato during the hot weather and it almost die,good thing that it looks healthy now.
In a few months we will check if there's already some fruits on it.
I already feel the heat of the sun so I get inside the house and there I saw some of mother in-law's morning harvest on string beans ,a few okra or lady finger and a bitter gourd.
It makes me to checked some of our vegetables.
I went to our squash plant and surprised to see the squash with four fruits.
We did'nt expect it that it will having some fruits .
Maybe next week we will harvest the squash fruit.
I also checked the string beans but I did'nt saw some fruits ,my in-laws already harvest the fruit.
We also had this petchay or cabbage this is good for soup dish.Maybe next day if I cook some soup I harvest it.
That's it for today ,I am excited to write a blog about our harvesting soon haha.
Anyway ,planting fruits ,vegetables and crops is one of the best way that we can save money as we know that most of our essential needs are increasing the price ,through planting we can save.
Not only for that but we can sure that what we eat is safe ,no more chemicals added and its fresh.
