This OKRA or in English term LADIES FINGERS
It is a flowering plant.low calories and a high dietary fiber.
Okra has a wonderful vegetable that is used in all sort of soups and stew,and has potassium,vitamin B,vitamin C,folic acid,and calcium.

Okra has a flower,color white with little purper on near the steem.
I like this vegetable when it boil in hot water for 3minutes,then drain the water,after then press a little the okra to make a flat position,
Put in the bowl and add
1/2 chopped onion,
A little chopped ginger
Add 1 tomato ripe sliced
Vinegar and salt to taste.
We call this for our home is okra salad.
