Any trip is interesting, it will stay with you forever

So I'm here again in NN town. The day of August 3 turned out to be languid. We began to languish with a gorgeous breakfast at the Marriott hotel. The red fish was especially good. Lately, I don't really drink coffee, but here I allowed myself a cup of cappuccino. Describing how tasty and good it was at the hotel is a strange occupation (yes, by the way, like all blogging in its essence) Therefore, I turn to describing how good it was for us on the excursion)))
A huge number of old merchant houses have been preserved in the city. Looking at such an abundance, I am overwhelmed with sadness about what could remain in my city, if not for the stupidity, primitiveness and greed of its inhabitants.

A separate song is the gorgeous hills and high river banks of the city of NN. This is something indescribable! The elevation changes give the city a unique character. In Europe this is a familiar picture, there are many mountains, hills and other differences in the terrestrial relief. At every step you can see a castle on the top of a cliff or a deer nestled on a hillside. This is rare in our area. We live on the Eurasian plain. Our destiny is flat fields and dense forests.
The main trump card and magnet of the city, of course, is the Kremlin. Our detailed acquaintance with the city began from this point.

We got a very funny guide. He presented information with effective verbal turns and pauses. At some point, I realized that he borrowed something from a well-known documentary filmmaker, his style of presenting historical material.
Surprisingly, the guide was able to keep the attention of our motley group for two hours! It says something.
I especially liked the story about the inhabitants of the city bottom of the pre-revolutionary period. Yes, yes, about the very ones about whom the play "At the Bottom" was written. By the way, the scene of this play is this house in the photo on the right.

After the excursion, we smoothly flowed into a Georgian restaurant. And it turns out, I again bring to the description of how well I ate there. But no ... no, no, not a word about food. By the way, the wine in the restaurant was shitty, unfortunately. In general, I have big doubts about Georgian wines.

Until midnight we sat in a restaurant, commemorating the past. It was great to meet and talk with like-minded people from different regions of the country.
