I started this o'l journey into crypto back the late part of 2017. Started reading some articles about Bitcoin and it didn't take long to want to know more. Signed up to Coinbase and my first purchase was $20 worth of Litecoin. I seen the price of both BTC and LTC and the cheaper one looked like I would get more of it. I didn't read to much into the amount of circulation of coin there were.

Now mind you this was in the still under $5k Bitcoin era. I though "oh shit I need more of this because it sounds like this might be the future"! When you can only nickle and dime your way in, the realization is your not going to collect alot of coins at once.

Fast forward...

I came a gnats ass hair from dumping money into that world renowned Bitconnect! Yes, I got caught up in the hype of the promoters on YouTube. But never put money in. No, after watching that burn in hell fire I got caught in another scam that got me for about $600 and that was Hedgeconnect. You would think, after watching one go down wtf was I thinking? Watched my little investment go bye bye. Its taught me little lessons in life that you never invest in project with the name connect in it!馃ぃ No, really that making investment grow real fast is really a myth with minimal monies.

In the process of being the greatest at losing money I stumbled into Steem. I had the biggest following of bot that wanting me to send them shit so they would repost my shit to there followers.馃 Greatest times ever!

Games

Steemmonsters was what let me start to get to know others. I started giveaways with booster packs and started making connections with others. That's when I started get interactions with others became better.

My witness experience...

I switched over to Smoke.io when they started out and started a witness server to help out. It is a great community if your a weed advocate. That will get you going in the right direction. So much information. While running as a witness I would try and port over things the Steem people would make. Thankfully github has loads of open source things there!

I ran my witness server for almost a year and by then there was so much personal things going on I had to drop out of running as witness. I had to allocate my focus on home issues.

With all that being said, I do know how to run a witness but there is plenty of them around and I have nothing to offer at this time to set #Hive off into warp drive! Them guys have that under control for now. Unless the time comes and we need a switch witness hitter here!

Migration to here...

I didn't want to be under control over a dictatorship so of course slid up into Hive like nobodies business. The whole thing is to be decentralized! As I see it, its look good around here. Only way is up!

For what it's worth I see great things ahead of this community.

馃Peace out!
