Steemjet Newbies and Representatives Organisational Structure

Hello good people of steemjet, we bring greetings from the steemjet newbie department. The most important department in the community.
This announcement is specifically for members of the newbie and representative department

We are the forefront of the steemjet, we must ground ourselves in understanding our assignments for us to be efficient and effective in realisation of our goal

We need to break our assignments down into subdepartments so that everyone can understand what they have to do.

HR department
Firstly we would need our own database within our department, every member has to be well registered, we need our own Human resources department that oversees the activities of the team and ensures our goals are being followed and met. Our Human resource will also take care of matters concerning the well-being of the entire team and resolve disputes within ourselves, we are a global community of different ethnicity and background, disputes are inevitable

Newbies Onboarding Department
We need a promotion team, that oversees bringing of people and logistics involved, they will answer to the HR department as we need to have a track of our effectiveness so we can ensure we utilize our maximum potential as regards the goal of SteemJet

Creative/Promotion Department
We also need creative team that will continually bring ideas to set global Steem adoption on motion through SteemJet, they will also be in charge of creating awareness, for promotions and creations of flyers , T-shirts and banners

Orientation Department
Then the steemjet orientation team that handles orientation of newbies about Steem and steemjet which will be on the general discord channel at scheduled time so that the realisation of our goals can be set in motion right from our department

Model and Design Department
I also suggest that we have models, guys and ladies, who can be the face of our department, as we are the forefront of the entire team, we need to represent. This team will oversee models, designs and work creatively with the creative/promotional department to ensure we attain our goals

If we are working to reach a goal, we have to know what is expected of us so we can be effective and efficient, we are the first line of the steemjet team, orderliness should begin from our department

I suggest everyone in the Newbie department should signify the departments where they will like to work where they can be effective and register in the Google form supplied here by @izuchukwu156(its still being worked on, we can use the comment section for now)

I will be working with the HR team alongside @deandaniel,@izuchukwu156, any other Steemjetter interested is also welcome

We should not forget our first assignment is to shower all newbies with out 100% Upvotes to onboard them and give them a gold welcome

Every member is encourage to do as stated above and to find a fitting position for themselves, members will be evaluated for raise and appraisal so everyone is expected to give their best
