One of the best moments we can remember in a lifetime is spending precious time with family.
As I mature and grow old, I train myself to allocate time with my family (parents, sister, husband, and daughter). Time management is at stake here. With the background of our job, it's hard to set schedules for personal errands. Nevertheless, I am happy I did make it this year.
Let's Get Started
My sister and I have the same field of work. So, before the end of the school year, I asked her when she would come home. She then told me why I was asking. I told her we would be going out together with our parents. She leaped with joy and felt excited. Compared to my sister, she's more likely to make leisure of herself and family than I. They go for trips or even simple get together with friends and relatives.
Today is the happiest because our father and mother accompanied us. Most of the time, only one can come because they have a small business to manage. Since we have kids, I suggested we go to a beach resort with a pool and white sand beach, Rica's Beach Resort. All of them just agreed and set the date.
My daughter, nephews, and niece were so excited that when we were on our way, they kept asking why are we taking so long. They wanted to swim right away.😁 When we arrived at the venue, they giggled and liked to wear their swim wears. Their contagious smiles made our day. So does with my parents.❤️
We arrived at 11:00 in the morning and paid our entrance fee, adults Php 100.00. Kids below 6 years old are free. Yay, all our kids were free. We used the small cottage for Php 500.00 ($9.10). Let the swimming madness begin.

The pool is divided into two sections. One for adults, the depth is from 4 feet to 6 feet; the other for kids. I am impressed with the whole area, particularly the pool; they're neat and clean. They're also very particular with the rules, that is why they're able to maintain its cleanliness. They spent there for more than 2 hours. Like if not all, most kids like to bathe and swim all day in the pool, right?
While the kids were enjoying themselves, I visited my husband and father's location near the shoreline. As you can see, that white sand wants us to walk barefoot and enjoy the freshness and calmness of the ocean.
Time for Lunch
The most challenging situation was convincing our children to partake in lunch. They did not like to eat because they were enjoying themselves too much. It took us how many minutes when finally, they listened and ate lunch. They had a quick lunch and went back to the pool again until...
Time to Go Home
Another beautiful spot in this area is their mini playground. Before we went home, the kids enjoyed and played until the last minute. Oh, what a happy day!
Musings
This day is incomparable. While the kids and our partners were having fun, we had the chance to talk about the hardship we've been through and how we overcame all of those. I am grateful that God has given us the life we prayed for many years ago.
