It’s been another busy day on my feet 🦶. The numbers don’t lie but they don’t tell the whole story because I don’t always have my phone so I’m sure i have done more than the number listed above. My feet can testify to this fact.
Tomorrow I’ll try to throw in a minor run 🏃🏿♂️ to the park and back. Weight gain is easy but losing it is hard work. Stay healthy out there and make it actifit.
