This is not a luxury home; rather, it is the realization of a middle-class family’s lifelong dream. We spared no effort in planning how to tailor every corner to the family’s preferences, all while working within a limited budget.

Our primary objective was to maximize the utility of every space while maintaining an aesthetic appeal within a compact footprint. Many of us do not have the luxury of large plots of land or the means for high-end, expensive interiors. This project serves as a modest example of how a home can be beautifully curated through a clean, serene design that remains well within one’s financial reach.

The house is built with a foundation designed for four stories, with the current structure completed up to the second floor. The ground floor features an indoor garden and a semi-outdoor space. The second floor comprises four bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, one common bathroom, a living and dining area, an open-plan kitchen, a laundry space, a reading corner, and three small balconies.
