“Some sufferings have no solution, they become habits over time.”

Life is not always easy. Sometimes there are some sufferings for which no clear solution can be found. We try, we break down, we try to pick ourselves up and move forward—yet some pain remains right inside. With time, we may become normal on the outside, but the feeling inside remains the same.

I have also had some experiences in my own life where I could not find any solution. At first, it was very difficult, I felt like I might never be able to get out of this situation. But as time went on, I learned to understand—not all sufferings can be solved, we have to learn to live with some suffering.

This “becoming a habit” thing is very strange. Because here the suffering does not decrease, we only learn to adapt to it. Gradually, that pain becomes a part of our daily lives, but we no longer break down like before. Maybe this is what we call life.

Many times, people from the outside look at us and think that we are fine. Smiling, talking, normal behavior—everything seems fine. But no one knows the story inside. Every person has unspoken pain inside that they carry alone.

Yet one thing is true, time makes people stronger. The pains that once seemed unbearable eventually become a part of our normal lives. We gradually learn how to live without breaking down, how to move forward with pain as a companion.

Life may not provide a solution to all pains, but it does provide the strength to live. And that strength helps us start anew every day.
