Do you like taking photos of yourself? I don't but yet still there is time when I just want to try some lighting for closeup portraits and I don't have anyone near me to be part of it. Because of that, I need to be model for my own shoot. This night, instead of taking some beautiful photos of stars and Milky Way, I decided something else to shoot. I took some light that I have, held with one hand and moved wherever I want to create some interesting lighting.
I tried few light placements, every placement is made for different composition, from wide shot to some closeups. There was just a color correction in these photos, I was too lazy retouching my own face because there is a lot of things to be removed.
At the end, I was just taking photos of my eye really close. It's really amazing seeing eyes close up, every detail it's surreal.
