Ha ha, just this Tuesday I left my car for annual servicing and since it was supposed to last 4 hours, I went to the nearby park/forest, mainly to see the ponds there. Almost 13 km and 5 hours later I came back with a whole bag of porcinis, plus some bay and birch boletes. I gave some to my aunt (parents refused as it would be "bringing sand to the beach"), then I've cut as many as I could fit in the pot, but in the end there was still 6 oven trays full of mushrooms for drying. So for the next couple days I'll be stuffing myself with creamy porcini soup and there is still plenty for later use. I don't intend to stop foraging though - finding mushrooms is always the best part :o)
