Proof of life is in the little things. This flower reminded me of the last time I captured the same type of rose flower and the feeling it brought me.
Happy is the word, the difference is that it was not the same time of happy I experienced at both times. One was more than the other. One happy was more rewarding than the other.
As I went for my walk today this had me thinking about our days above ground and how the same emotion can mean something totally different on different days. Life being the the thing that stands out.
Walks are therapeutic and give one enough time to reflect on the thoughts and emotions they feel. Walking and reminiscing various things made me think of beginning to add structure moving forward
