I really need to start using my alt actifit account more... for those that don't know my main account is teutonium@teutonium.

I haven't done much physical activity lately, this the second time I'm using actifit@actifit and I still have no idea what to write in here... I spent the day sitting in front of the computer researching blockchain UBI projects, and went on a run late at night, those 6000 steps you see in this post were done in a single run...

Finally restarted my meal plan, for those that don't know I have a meal plan designed by me that gives me great results in terms of fat loss and muscle gain. It's a mix of carb backloading with Intermittent fasting. Which is basically this:

I start eating at 14h:00 and stop eating at 22:00h, I workout around 20:00h and load up on carbs after working out! After working out is the best time to load up on carbs, all your cells are ready to suck the carbs in without needing any insulin! Insulin is a hormone that signals the body to store energy, it's released with the intake of almost all foods but more with the intake of carbs with high GI, this insulin signals our fat cells to load up on fat, which isn't good... However, after working out the cells can suck up all nutrients without needing any insulin, which is great! People call this the anabolic window. And carb intake is good to keep even when dieting, it releases the hormone leptin which signals the body to increase the metabolism.

I've had great results bodybuilding plus sprinting plus this meal plan of carb backloading with intermittent fasting! I would advise anyone to do it.

This is my local hospital... I really thought about going in because I was almost killing myself running.
