Monopoly - with friendly rules

Today we played monopoly- me and my son. I Think his New rules is pretty Good. What do you Think of this.

1. Cooperations Street
   If you can buy a street- buy it with a friend. Pay half/half and own it together. The best part is when Some of you step at that Street. Then you have to pay rent to Each other. So you both get paid and get happy ..

2 Make your chance
If you do not like your chance-card just change . Search and read the card you like

3 Step by step
If you do not like the number of the Dice- just go Some steps more.

1. More money
   If you need more money - just print (take from the bank)

2. Be kind
   If someone Walk at your Street- be Nice and tell them that they do not have to pay.
