If you play Rising Star you may have noticed that you can see commercial in the Mission Area.
You can pay about 6 starbits/view and then wish that you get something back from it.
I did a test.
Last weekend I had a contest. Everyone that joined could win a Booster Pack. It was 30-40 persons every day that joined. The participants was suppose to write a question and answer about the game.
With highlight commercial a lot of people saw it in the game and come to my post and joined. Or was it just luck?
I dont think so...
Monday - without comercial
I also had a contest yesterday (monday). You can still join if you want. After 12 hours I only had 3 participants.
For me it is obviously - With commercial at Rising Star - AND a contest that people from that community like - You can get a LOT MORE traffic.
Thank you RisingStar that you sponsored my contest and let me have free commercial. That helped a lot !
And now I also know that commercial can make a lot of difference. But of course - it depend what you make commercial for....
Next question...
Is it good to buy a lot of commercial to get more people to the post - and get a lot more upvotes? Is it a good ROI? Hard to say. But it would be intresting to make a test. 7000 starbits is 1000 views. And in a day I earn about 12000 starbits. So it is not very much. Maybe I try later when my next project in Rising Star is ready to be official.
