SP means steem power,if you have better sp,in that time your vote value will be increased,again you can also be turned into a minnow.In that time people will follow you.because they will think that if i comments on his blog,he/she can give me upvotes.so sp is another thing.
If your content are cool,the people will automatically connect you.and those will be shown to all.So at first make your content good.
If someone has 0 reputation with 500 sp,it won't affect, because his post will be hidden due to low ratings.
