Not the most active day of my life but still...Above 6000 steps isn’t that bad huh? Considering that my stupid job “demands” almost 10 out of the 24 hours of the day...
But as the temperature goes down day by day, I think my walking activity will improve. You see...hot weather isn’t exactly an ally for walking...
