Hello, I would like to thank the HIVE platform for allowing me to express myself and show you the things I am passionate about. I wanted to share a short and simple post to talk about the medicinal plants that are planted in my grandmother's house and that I would later also cultivate in my own home, since I inherited that hobby from my grandmother.💐🫛🍄‍🟫

This plant, rarely seen in the city, is mostly found in the countryside and has several health benefits, such as helping to prevent tumors and leukemia. It is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anti-cancer agent. It fights bacteria and fungi, strengthens the immune system, and helps control blood sugar levels. (It also aids in weight loss; avoid excessive use.)

How to use it: Wash the leaves and boil them in water. After steeping, drink it as an infusion.🍵

It's a plant with multiple benefits, a mild, pleasant lemon scent, and can even be enjoyed as a tea. Benefits: It relieves colic, gas, and intestinal spasms, aiding indigestion and helping with gastritis.

As an athlete, I use this plant a lot because it has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It's also used in creams and ointments. Benefits:

• Helps with injuries and muscle pain, such as sprains and muscle tears.

• Hematomas and bruises.

• Reduces the appearance of bruises. How to use: Do not ingest as it is toxic. Simply wash and heat the leaf in a pan and apply it to the affected area. (Avoid contact with eyes)

• Regulates intestinal discomfort

• Applied to wounds for rapid healing

• Relieves earaches. For stomach ailments, wash the leaf and boil it; drink it hot or warm. For healing, place it on the affected area. For earaches, wash the leaf and squeeze it with your fingers, letting the liquid drip into the affected person's ear.🌱
