Day 4, and jumping back on the wagon proves easier than expected. Im feeling stronger mentally and physically. The opportunity for a workout didn't arise as I chose to be a mommy mattress for the cute little dude. Sometimes mommy wins; nonetheless, I added a few movements in my daily regimen, squats here and there, cross-body knee touches, and some side lunges while rocking the little dude to sleep.

Also, I gotta stop writing posts before bedtime and spitting out shitty spelling. Apologies for that, fam. I have never been the best speller, but I know it's also an excuse I make because im too lazy to proofread. I have been working on that lately! And will apply it here as well.

I also achieved my 5000-step count goal. I was a little shy of 400 steps, but I walked on the spot to even it out. I got there but didn't hit Garmin's daily target, so I just carried on till I did. All in all, it was a decent day, and I managed to move and meet goals.
