Hello everyone, for the #POBPhotocontest I would like to share with you a few pictures I took last year on our family trip to Iceland.

The photos were taken while we were travelling in the south of Iceland, from the city of Vik towards Hofn. I remember that this was the day when we had the most stops on our programme and we were in a hurry. Fortunately, it was a time of long days and white nights, so we got everything done that we had planned.
The photos were taken while driving, because my wife and son were getting a bit bored of me stopping all the time and taking photos of every little waterfall, river, stream and everything else I found interesting.
These photos show the moment when we, for the first time on our journey, saw the glacier in the distance. I quickly grabbed my phone and immortalised the moment.
I hope, I've given you a little taste of Iceland, the Land of Fire and Ice.
