Para esta receta ser谩n necesarios los siguientes ingredientes:
2 tazas de harina de trigo.
3 tazas de auyama madura.
2 tazas de az煤car.
100 gramos de margarina.
5 huevos.
1 taza de leche.
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
1 cucharadita de vainilla.
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
2 cups of wheat flour.
3 cups of ripe pumpkin.
2 cups of sugar.
100 grams of margarine.
5 eggs.
1 cup of milk.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
1- Batir la margarina con el az煤car hasta que quede una mezcla cremosa.
1- Beat the margarine with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
2- Agregar las yemas de los huevos (Uno por uno).
2- Add the egg yolks (one by one).
3- Adicionar la harina previamente cernida junto con el polvo de hornear.
3- Add the previously sifted flour together with the baking powder.
4- Incorporar a la mezcla la leche, la auyama y la vainilla.
4- Add the milk, pumpkin and vanilla to the mixture.
5- En un bowl aparte, batir las claras de los huevos hasta punto de nieve.

6- A帽adir las claras a la mezcla en forma envolvente.

7- Cubrir bien un molde para tortas con harina y mantequilla.

8- Incorporar la mezcla y llevar al horno previamente recalentado a 250掳C por una hora aproximadamente.
