A day of peace and fun. I feel that this is a perfect balance, today I took the afternoon with some friends and my husband and we went to play in a place in my city, called beach tennis, we rented the court for two hours of play and we went to enjoy a different day, other than the daily obligations (work). We arrived at the agreed time, and when we were all there, we started to play in pairs. This place is really wonderful and the sport is great because we are exercising and at the same time enjoying and in this way we release the stress that we have so much load, in this place there is an incredible connection with nature, the sunset, the sea breeze, since the place is next to the marina of my city, when I felt the sea breeze and the sun rays made connection with my skin, I felt like everything I had at that moment was gone.
I confess that the fun of the game, the laughter among friends and the peace that this beach environment provides created a perfect balance between body, mind and spirit. Undoubtedly, it was the ideal way to recharge energies, release tensions and enjoy unforgettable moments like that of hoy🏖️🎾. Well my loves I say goodbye until a next installment in this great community as it is

Un día de paz y diversión. Siento que esto es un equilibrio perfecto, hoy me tomé la tarde junto a unos amigos y mi esposo y nos fuimos a jugar en un lugar de mi ciudad, llamado beach tenis, alquilamos la cancha por dos horas de juego y nos fuimos a disfrutar de un día diferente, que no sea él de las obligaciones diarias (trabajo). Llegamos a la hora acordada, al estar todos, empezamos a jugar en parejas. Realmente esté lugar es maravilloso y él deporte es genial ya que nos estamos ejercitando y a la vez disfrutando y así de esta manera liberamos ese estrés que tenemos de tanta carga, en este lugar hay una conexión increíble con la naturaleza, él atardecer, la brisa del mar, ya que el lugar está al lado de la marina de mi ciudad, cuando sentía que la brisa marina y los rayos solares hacían conexión con mi piel, sentía como se iba todo lo que tenía en ese momento.
Les confieso que, la diversión del juego, las risas entre amigos y la paz que brinda este entorno playero crearon un equilibrio perfecto entre el cuerpo, la mente y él espíritu. Sin duda, fue la forma ideal de recargar las energías, liberar las tensiones y disfrutar de momentos inolvidables como él de hoy🏖️🎾. Bueno mis amores me despido hasta una próxima entrega en esta grandiosa comunidad como lo es
