Meow!
My name is Mildred and I choose to live with @steevc and his delightful family. I came to live with them last year when they adopted me. I'm no spring chicken as I believe I'm around 13 of your human years old.
As you can see I am a splendid example of my species. Most cats you see look half-starved, but I am always careful to keep my fat reserves topped up. That said, I'm told that from some angles I look positively svelte.
My hobbies include sleeping, eating, meowing and squashing humans. They make this strange 'oof' sound as I pounce lightly onto their laps.
@steevc thought I ought to have my own on-line presence. I cannot promise to be on here regularly as the keyboard thingie is hard to work with paws, but the mouse seems strangle attractive.
This is one of my favourite places to recline. The strange thing in the background is my scratching post. It seems to be built for use by a lion, but I am happy to accept the challenge of getting to the top. Not happened yet.
These are some of my toys. The pink thing used to be a shoelace, but I do not think it will ever be used for that again. I think I have killed it.
I am interested in following any other cats on Steem so we can compare notes on our humans.
Live long and prospurrrrrr.
