Such as are your habitual thoughts, such also will be the character of your mind; for the soul is dyed by the thoughts.
- Marcus Aurelius -
I could not defect this topic as it’s one of my leit motiv since years. At the very least since 2014, when I started attending some sales training made with a spiritual approach. I liked it a lot, as the base of almost everything was that: “we could attract in life just what we were ready to receive and what we were attracting with our own energy”.
That said, a video that was used for trainings was this one
It literally states:
Change your thoughts as they become your words
Change your words as they become your actions
Change your actions as they will become your habits
Change your habits as they will become your behaviour
Change your behaviour as it will become your destiny
This is a honest mixture of what Saint Agustin and Margaret Thatcher, said in their lives, in completely different historical periods BUT one completed the other and Eusebio Gualino, a relevant Italian business coach simply managed to merge them and create a unique logical path.

A heavily dynamization of the Force Centre of will-power. Being in such posture for more than one minute require a total mind dedication and cleareness of thoughts as the first discharging thought may lead to exit and stop the position as it’s much much hard to perform.
Our thoughts and words are the very first things we can take action upon.
The latin motto says
“Mens sana in corpore sano”--> “Healthy mind in a healthy body” but also viceversa makes sense as
“Corpore sano in mens sana” --> “Healthy body in a healthy mind”.
If our mind is healthy it will act at its best to keep the body in a good shape but also if the body is in a good shape it will influence the mind health.
The same comparison works with our body attitude and our thoughts.
People with cloudy mind will usually be leaning forward, with closed shoulders, lowered head and low voice tone.
People with a bright mind will act usually at the exact opposite.

But you can make this experiment: ask a cloudy mind person to take the body attitude of the bright person. And ask to a bright minded person to take the body attitude of the cloudy minded.
It will be very difficult!
Our body reflects our mind and our mind reflects our body AND that's exactly how, with some difficulties and resistances, we can trigger our change!

As our soul is fed by our thoughts and behaviour, it’s easy to understand how our basic attitudes have a direct influence upon our soul.
Another thing that is dramatically influencing our thoughts and actions are the people that surround us.
A wide-spread motto says that “we are the average of the 5 people that we spend the most time with”.
Can you guess what may happen if you spend the most time with lazy, inconclusive, close-minded people?
Be careful as some of them may be familiars, relatives and other close people. The best way to turn the things around will be to become a better person, trying to inspire them with the example and showing coherence.
Here showing how being surrounded by the right people makes the bumpy road easier. Still, the guys has to hold him up by himself. Nobody is carrying him!

I want to share with you a recent experience here.
I once told to a close friend the importance of reading certain books because he was on a bumpy moment of life. I have never heard that he finished such books that literally changed my life. But I have not stopped spending some time with that friend. I simply started to avoid certain topics as he is probably not ready for that, giving value to such friend for the things the can perform the best.
If someone is a black hole for my thoughts and evolution, then, I usually start to avoid that bumps :D
