I personally look at the physique, especially the eyes: here in Italy we often say that "the eyes are the mirror of the soul."
So, according to this "theory" I prefer to "see" the soul of people.
But that's not enough, to like a person he must also have a certain mental vivacity, be quick in reasoning, and catch any meanings between the lines on the fly.
