putting b vtamins in vinegar minerals will change the structure into smaller molecules.
so, its not easy to understand exactly whats going on.
its a fine balance between Sulfur, Nitrogen & Minerals.
but my suspension is when combined in Vinegar, it will collect the correct balance, and the excess drops to the bottom soot.
the soot may be used for another batch of Vinegar, not sure.
Vinegar is the basic form of Vitamin C, its almost identical except smaller.
Acetate
C2 H3 O2
Ascorbate
C6 H7 O6
the vinegar mineral ions are doing something, but seemed to stop, and my hunch is it requires B-Vitamins to move into the next phase, whatever that is.
guess is cellular metabolism of carbohydrates, and flush out toxins.
looking at Sulfur nutritional requirements, it only takes a very small amount, we need 10 times more Nitrogen to hold the correct balance.
from what i understand so far, so i recommend only very small amounts of Sulfur, in comparison to the B-Vitamins.
the Vinegar Minerals seem to enhance the B-Vitamins.
replacing Sulfur with the Carbon Acetic Vinegar.
i think the difference between 5 & 6 Carbon Ring has to do with the size, meaning 5 much smaller size, and does more complex mathematical elemental ion bonds.
similar to Polyphenol, but smaller much more active, because of the Nitrogen component.
it seems to be like this..
a Chelate between acid/base is like mixing Vitamin-C (acid) with Magnesium mineral salts (base).
a Chelation is using the same acids to draw out heavy metal toxins.
all of this is called Redox.
