My friend and I are always looking for tsukemen and ramen shops and we finally found an original shop hidden in a maze of restaurants in downtown Osaka!
The noodles are always just as important as the broth and many shops don't take enough care these days. But this place had amazingly fresh perfect textured noodles and the broth was also as delicious! We ordered spicy red fish based ramen and regular tsukemen with extra chyashu slow cooked pork slices.
Doesn't it look amazing? It tasted even better!
