Help! ETH did not reach the wallet.

Yesterday I made a STEEM retreat by @blocktrades. We wanted the conversion currency to be sent to your Bitstamp wallet to be ETH. Damn it! It's the first time that's happening to me.

I checked the status of the transaction in the ETH block. There he shows me everything is okay. My ETH was sent to the Bitstamp address. However, even now, after those hours, my ETH wallet from Bitstamp was not credited with ETH. How can I solve the problem? Did anyone have this problem? I would appreciate any help.
