Hello Steemians! I know all of us enjoyed the month of December specially me cause we had 3 occasions that we celebrate that month. The birthday of my grandma which was last December 23, Christmas on December 25 and new year which was January 1. (I categorized it as part of December occasions cause its just a minute after December 31 :D)
And so after the celebrations, did you noticed that you gained weight? haha! I think we all do. Our mind says that you did not but try to weigh-in, take note that numbers don't lie :D
So this January, let's burn those fats from 2017.
Lets eat right and do the proper diet.
