All of the Steemit ninja mined stake went into the Hive Dao so it's a ton more funded than the one on STEEM. The Hive Dao is funded via Hive inflation so it's always receiving funds.

Proposals get funded via staked based voting. This is already set up and working. I've already indirectly been paid by the STEEM Dao via the OpenSeed project I'm working on.
