In general abuse from police is concentrated on the most powerless ie poor people, so no, celebrities like Neil DeGrasse Tyson and especially Oprah(billionaire) are not getting harassed by police. Being a billionaire pretty much is a race of its own.

Since I'm not a poor white person I can't speak with a ton of conviction about how they're treated by police, but I've known plenty of poor white people and from what I've gathered when we talk about police, their experiences are very different from mine and other black people in that they largely don't have much of a problem with police unless they're committing crimes.

On the other hand well off or wealthy white people have a history of getting away with crimes that someone black would NEVER get away with, but in today's world I think money supersedes race, so I think these days a rich black person could probably get away with a lot too.(R. Kelly)
