Sometimes I feel like I'm spinning my wheels,
All this effort still nothing feels real.
All this work still can't get right.
Still so dark can't see the light.

Pulled by the tides,
I go with the flow.
Where I'll end up,
Don't think anyone knows.
Floating and drifting,
The tides they are shifting.
I puff and I sip but my spirit ain't lifting.

Sifting through sand,
Trying to find treasure.
Hoping that this island will treat me to her pleasures.
Weed on my chest, blowing caution to the wind.
Have no time to fret about silly things...
