They made it known that they are doing studies on a fiduciary currency.
Surely later we will be learning about their progress they are carrying.
Speaking of India a country that is working on digitization issues, this from my point of view is a breakthrough.
In short, we would be calling it a developed country, because it is moving at the pace of technology.
