Japanese kitchen is of course much more than just sushi. But sometimes you want to have a real good sushi, so I have some casual and some special places for enjoying sushi.
One of the more special places is Manten Sushi Maranouchi, which is located in the basement of a business building in Maranouchi near to Tokyo station.
It‘s a very small place, you sit at the counter, if you want to change the place, you have to open the paper door behind you and step out. Two additional tables.
You take a course, it‘s always a bit different. The preparation happens in front of you. Enjoy it with a beer. The taste is so amazing...
