Did a weekend trail race. First one for the year so it was a tad bit hard. Headed out early morning in the middle of a rain storm. I love the rain so always enjoy the trail getting soaked and slip sliding through muddy trails. Trying to get back into the trail swing of things after an indulgent December festive is always a challenge.
Have registered and booked choice runs for the year and hoping to reach the goals set out for 2020. Keep on keeping on. Getting older each year makes it harder and more effortful. But will make it work.
