My best buddy and running partner has got to be the epitome of happiness, when he is out on the trail he could not be happier and neither can I. Every moment spent out on the trail with this little guy brings endless joy and excitement. His kind and gentle spirit coupled with unbridled enthusiasm for running inspires me to do more and run more, which makes him my personal trainer of sorts.
There are many days I simply do not feel like going out for a run, and then I take one look at that face and it changes my mind, as I know how much he loves going out into the forest and taking a swim in the river. Even at 10.5 years old he still cannot contain his excitement the minute I put on my running shoes. Love him to bits. My pup George.
