Teaching is the best thing that gives me joy in my service year. Most especially with my students. The work of a teacher is not only to teach the theorical aspect but also practical and social aspect.
Teacher are role models in the life of the students.
Teacher need motivation and encouragement to enable him or her to his tasks effectively. On the other hand Students also need motivation and encouragement from the teacher because student believe in the teacher more than their parents.
As a teacher avoid using words like good for nothing student, mumu, lady student because it will discouraged their learning habits.
Be a friend to them, a playmate and also parents.
