Hello Steemians!
Today I bring another post from my series (which is starting slowly) about my home garden project.
In the last post I talked about my first experience with growing food at home. I, very skeptical, ended up having to admit that it really seems possible to cultivate at home! And convinced of this I decided to expand my agricultural land ...
After moving to a new home, to a T1 with 2 marquees, I decided to continue this adventure in the marquee with the best sun exposure. I acquired some pots and improvised others ...
Here's the end result, for a more serious bet on home-grown vegetables:
I used a soda pop carton, five Delta Ruby coffee cups cut and drilled to allow the water to drain, and a laundry tank that I filled with the substrate I had left. Not enough, I added the kitchen waste with vegetables, fruit peels, eggshells, and coffee grounds. As for composting and natural fertilizers, I'll tell you later.
It is from this small space that I am experimenting and reporting.
Until next time and good crops! ;)
