This is one of the earliest photos we have of him. Pictured with my wife.
One thing I noticed about him when he was in this chair by the road, he never smiled. I would make a fool of myself and he would not laugh or smile. My wife asked his great grandparents if we could care for him. We did not know how long he would be in our care. They agreed!
On the 4th evening, after we were feeding him, providing a clean and dry diaper. We gave him lots of love and cuddles. He slept between my wife and I. This night something happened and this precious little boy began to sing.
I cried when I heard him sing. No intelligible words, just joy from his heart.
He is a boy with a glad heart and he has blessed us with such joy in our own hearts.
In the Philippines it is a long and costly process to adopt a child. I know one thing, I will be the happiest man alive the day he officially become our son. I mean this in a legal sense as he is already our son and there is no difference than if he was our own flesh and blood.
My family along with our niece.
With joy I am working long hours towards the goal of adopting this beautiful boy. I am proud to be his daddy and blessed to watch him grow.
Thank you for your time.
Daddy William
