Some trust in their horses and chariots
But I choose to trust in the name of Jesus Christ
They're brought to their knees and they fall

Many are they that rise against me
My help is in the name of the Lord
Though the wicked may come like a flood
My help is in name of the Lord
Though my past were full of misery
And my years were filled with pain
In Christ my Lord I can't worry
Jesus has become my gain
This is why I trust in the Lord
No matter what comes my way
I'll keep trusting fully in the Lord Jesus Christ.
