Hive Open mic Week156 - "Hasta El Extremo" Because you live by Sinach Cover by @mhizerbee

Hello everyone!!!

Happy new month, Happy new week and Happy Easter in advance 😊. I am so glad to be part of this week's topic. I want to applaud the @Hive open mic community and @wbrandt for this theme Hasta El Extremo. It so much came at the right time. It's not a new thing that this week is Easter and all christians all over the world will gather in their respective denominations to mark this year's edition. It's always a wonderful period for me.

I might not really explain what the theme is but in my own little way of understanding it I would say that Hasta El Extremo means To the extreme or Doing something to the extreme. That implies a strong passion for something or someone. It means we could go out of our way and sacrifice to do something without any limit whatsoever.

Regarding to that, I am presenting a song, a music video of One of the songs that has been on my mind since last week that I think is in line with this week's theme. The song is titled "Because you live" by our very own artist Sinach.

The song is all about Jesus Christ who went to die on the cross of Calvary for me and you. He did the very extreme thing for us by dying on the cross for our sins. That was a sacrifice and he went all out just for that.

If I was told to go die for the world I wouldn't dare try it and definitely nobody here would have loved to do so. Even at the cross he suffered so that we might not suffer, he was mocked so that we might not be and all sort of things were done to him.

All our problems, tribulations, worries, headaches, heartaches and many others were nailed to the cross. Who did those? Christ did them for you and for me. That was extreme and today we have a beautiful life as a result of that.
