Unfortunately, I know it exists
I see nothing good about it. But if someone volunteers to sell his organs for money, there's little anyone can do. The only issue is that I can't think people would willingly exchange their organs for money. It's not something that can be replaced. That's why I believe most organs traded in the black market are either stolen from unwilling donors. Or donors are bullied or exploited just to make them part with them
It's a terrible thing if you ask me.
