The last bar in the series commemorates Chief Powhatan. He was a major thorn in the side of the colonists in the 1620s. There's not a great deal of historical record about him, and a lot of what is thought to be known is probably embellished. He's actually probably most famous for being the father of Pocahontas.
So there you have it. All six bars honoring great chiefs of the indigenous people of North America. This is what the set looks like in full.
I also got a case with the set when I bought it. It definitely looks like it came out of the 70s. I looked around a bit for more information on the designer, D. George Andrew Woloch, but all I could find were some other sets that he designed for the same company.
I'm very happy with my purchase and I think this is a great commemorative set. I feel like I scored big-time at the coin shop on this one.
