Every human is different, their genes are different, upbringing is different. Thus, efforts made by them are different too. We only know what we are going through but we don't know what others' go through in their lives. We don't even bother to find out.
We get insecure when things in the universe don't work as we expect them to and as a result, we end up judging others. We should avoid doing so and start trying to understand each other.
