I welcome you all to Splinterlands Art Contest Week 285!

In today's contest, I made a special villian character from dragon ball manga series.

I decided to draw "Cell" from Dragon Ball .

As his name implies, he's an artificial life form created with cells from several strong characters.

He's always seems traveling back in time from different timeline so as to become a perfect being.

He has the ability of generating, manipulating and also strengthening himself with a kind of a life energy call "Ki"
